Willow Room Twelve Bridges Library Lincoln, CA Meetings of the Lincoln Open Space Committee are open to all residents who have an interest in protecting and enhancing our open spaces in the Lincoln area. Residents who have any open space concerns or issues are encouraged to come to the meetings and bring those concerns to the attention of the Committee. Meetings are always on the second Wednesday of every month, at 6 p.m. and often include a guest speaker.
