The Department provides a broad array of community services to Lincoln residents and businesses. As a ‘One-Stop’ center for development, the Development Services Department will be dedicated to creating a smooth flow of your project in a single department. No longer will developers and residents be required to visit various departments and areas within City Hall to have their questioned answered.
A single phone call, a single point of contact will create a positive experience for anyone developing in the City of Lincoln.
The Building Division provides services including the permitting of all structures, enforcement of the Uniform Building Codes, and general assistance to the public in meeting code requirements.
