The Development Services Department, which houses the Planning and Building Division, Engineering, Economic Development, Development Financing, Code Enforcement and Affordable Housing is a ‘one stop’ center for development in the City of Lincoln.
The Department provides a broad array of community services to Lincoln residents and businesses. As a ‘One-Stop’ center for development, the Development Services Department will be dedicated to creating a smooth flow of your project in a single department. No longer will developers and residents be required to visit various departments and areas within City Hall to have their questioned answered.
A single phone call, a single point of contact will create a positive experience for anyone developing in the City of Lincoln.
The Development Services Department counter hours are 9am to Noon and 1pm to 4pm.
