The Operations Division operates the City's water and sewer systems, repairs City streets, cleans storm drains, maintains City parks, collects garbage, and runs the City's public bus system.
The Department of Public Services is responsible for the environmental quality of water and wastewater, public utilities such as solid waste, transportation services, public facilities such as maintenance of City Hall, other public buildings and parks, construction inspection, and administrative support services.
The Department of Public Services is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm.

SAVE THE DATE... SPRING CLEAN UP 2013 IS COMING!
Spring Clean Up 2013 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 11, 2013 from 7am to 3pm.
An informational flier will be mailed to customers of the City of Lincoln along with their April utility bill. The flier will include a short list of acceptable and unacceptable items as well as a map.
