The Economic Development Manager(EDM) is responsible for the attraction and retention of business to Lincoln. The EDM works closely with the City Manager and the Lincoln Economic Development Committee on business attraction and retention projects. This position is the liaison between City Hall and the community and works closely with civic and community organizations.

The EDM assists business with start-up and relocation efforts while working cooperatively with existing business to expand their employee base. The EDM administers the City’s Revolving Loan Program and supports economic development efforts. Assuring the continued success of the business community, the EDM is focused on maintaining a healthy business environment and a high quality of life in the Lincoln community. This position is currently vacant.
