Incorporated in 1890, the City of Lincoln is proud of its historic roots to the development of Placer County. The Historic Downtown District stretches from 3rd to 7th Street between G and E Streets. Historic Downtown Lincoln is within the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) of the city.
