Sewer Service

Capacity of Plant and Equipment: 800,000 gal/day – current dry weather flow is 750,000 gal/day.
Sewer Service charge: $29.66 per month residential. Commercial establishment metered is $29.66 per unit.
Refuse Collection
A member of the Western Placer Waste Management Authority with City refuse collection.
City refuse collection rates are $19.98 per month, residential for one pick up per week.
Commercial (90 gallon containers) are $24.01 for one pick up per week.
Lease bins (3-yard containers) are $21.17 per month. Bin collection is $26.17 for one pick up per week.
Street Improvements
Dedication requirements: Developers to dedicate and install all improvements in compliance with city street improvement standards and all other applicable city ordinances.
