The purpose of the City of Lincoln Design Criteria and Procedures Manual is to provide standards that apply to, regulate, and guide in the preparation of traffic impact studies and the design and preparation of plans for construction of streets, highways, alleys, drainage, sewerage, traffic signals, site access, water supply facilities and related public improvements, and shall set the guidelines for all private works which involve drainage, grading, trees, and related improvements.
